• Kathleen Amber Dolan made an initial appearance on a contempt charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Dusty Clements will continue as counsel for the contempt charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court judge. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party. Dolan pleaded guilty to the drug paraphernalia charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Trent Michael Pray made an initial appearance on a willful injury-causing bodily injury charge and a domestic abuse assault charge. Aron Vaughn is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 21. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. A gun rights prohibition has been ordered. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Amy Danielle Porter made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a trial charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The District Associate Court will set further proceedings. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Roger Dale Lunsford made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Pat Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 21. A gun rights prohibition has been ordered. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Nivek Tecumseh Kautzer made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a speeding charge and a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 16 in Magistrate Court.

• James Thomas Davis made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Davis pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Armando Perez Galvez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 1.

• On Tuesday, Trent Pray, 32, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-intend serious injury, willful injury resulting in serious injury and on a warrant.

• On Tuesday, Kathleen Dolan, 29, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court, trespass-third offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• On Tuesday, Robert Kluck, 32, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.
