- Leslie Nicole Perez-Camacho, 42, by Carthage Police Department Sergeant Corey Mims pursuant to local warrant/bond forfeiture/failure to appear/criminal trespass and public intoxication.

- Matthew Phillip Hunter, 27, by Carthage Police Department Officer Shelly Avery pursuant to Shelby County warrant/failure to appear/possession of dangerous drug.
- William Garrett Lauxman, 33, by Panola County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jeffrey Martin for cruelty non-livestock animal: kill/poison/serious bodily injury.
